Wombatnet brings out the best in our family In these later, happily retired years, I value stability, reliability, and an easy, honest transition above all else. I look for people who are straight-up, sharp, tech-savvy, and who genuinely know their stuff. Well… I found all of that right here. From my very first phone call, I braced myself for the usual endless ringing, long holds, frustration. But not this time. Ding, ding before I knew it, “Hello, how can I help?” I asked, “Who am I speaking with?” The answer: Alex I own the company.   For real! That alone told me everything I needed to know. I was introduced by my granddaughter, and she and her man are absolutely over the moon with this company. As soon as I heard the name, I had to laugh  and I knew I wanted to be part of it. This is a team that understands our needs, supports one another, and truly has your back when the going gets tough. Signing up was easy. Communication is clear. Invoices, due dates, reminders  all smooth, all stress-free. I feel supported, respected, and included, not just as a customer but as part of a new era network😄👍 Nan’s happy when the grandies are happy  and everyone’s happy here. Hooked up in a flash, keeping pace, and cheering on the next generation! Thank you for the T-shirt too! 👕😊 Highly recommended.

10/10 service when our starlink failed and both me and my wife work from home rurally Wombat was at our house within 30mins of a phone call and had both businesses up and running. Couldn’t recommend this company anymore, amazing service :)

The experience we’ve had with WombatNET has been incredible. After repeated failed attempts for support from our prior provider and an ongoing connection reminiscent of 1990s dial up, we reached out to Alex hoping WombatNET’s experience with both tricky connections and semi-rural properties might make the difference. From our first message, Alex took the time to understand what we were experiencing, offered great solutions, and has checked in throughout our onboarding and first few weeks to ensure everything is working seamlessly - and now we’re properly in the 2020s! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Switched to WombatNET after a LONG time with the big telcos and the difference was noticeable pretty much straight away. Setup was seamless and the support has been (though not really needed) has been GENUINELY helpful, with actual conversations rather than the typical scripted replies. They clearly know the area and the kinds of issues that come with rural parts of Wellington well, which made a big difference. I didn’t have to explain things over and over or convince someone that a problem was real. I didn’t have to BEG for a solution. Response times have been quick, things get followed up properly, and you’re dealing with the same person rather than a call centre and waiting on hold. It’s been far, far less stressful than what I’m used to. I also saved a fair bit compared to my old 4g provider. It’s also good knowing my money is staying local and supporting a business that’s clearly invested in doing things properly, and seems to treat it’s customers less like a number and kind of more like a neighbour. Thanks guys!

Just got Mr Wombat to install my internet. As well as that he reset my tv and security cameras. Can’t see any other provider going that far to keep the customer happy
